Getting to us from Peakhurst
The training room is at 18 Station Street, Kogarah, about 10 minutes from Peakhurst. From Forest Road or Boundary Road the usual run is east to the Princes Highway and then into Kogarah, with a right into Station Street. It is a short and predictable drive.
Peakhurst has no railway station of its own. The practical options are Mortdale or Penshurst on the T4 Illawarra line, both a short drive or bus ride away, and from either it is a direct train to Kogarah with no changes; or Riverwood on the T8 line, which needs a change at Wolli Creek. Ice, butter, ointments and creams all make it worse: ice can deepen the tissue damage, and greasy dressings trap heat in.
