Hands-on CPR and first aid training for Sutherland

Getting to us from Sutherland
Our training room is at 18 Station Street, Kogarah – about 19 minutes and 12.9 km from Sutherland, straight up the Princes Highway and over Tom Uglys Bridge. The route is simple, but the bridge approach and the Highway both slow noticeably in the morning peak, so leave earlier than the map suggests if you are driving to a 9am start.
The train is the easier option from Sutherland and needs no changes at all. Sutherland station sits on the T4 Illawarra line and so does Kogarah, so you board once and get off at Kogarah, then walk a couple of minutes to Station Street. Sutherland is also served by South Coast line services, which gives you more departures to choose from than most suburbs on this list. If you do drive, there is street parking on Station Street and the blocks around it plus the public car parks in Kogarah town centre – Kogarah fills early because of hospital traffic, so allow ten minutes of buffer.
